i wanna create a gui where i can group.member (lookpearms) get a kit after they click it a 12h timer starts with new item (item is cooldown) after 12 h they should redime it again but contdown does only start when they redeemt it!

For cooldowns you can use a plugin such as Master Cooldowns: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/⚡-master-cooldowns-placeholder-cooldowns-1-8-1-19-⚡.72145/ or a temporary permission
LuckPerms allows you to give players permissions for 12 hours, and you can then choose inside DeluxeMenus to only execute the command if the player does not have that permission

No this will not work. DeluxeMenus doesn't have a [javascript] action.
