I am not sure if you are aware but HelpChat does a lot more than just plugins, some people give support for plugins some give support for coding, etc
And you aren't entitled for support either, we give support if we want and let me tell you that the moment we get pinged for something we are very likely to ignore it because it's normally from impatient people
