I didn't work with this plug-in but try looking for string and changing to float in the confing. if you don't find it then try writing to the decenthologram support if they have this feature

That's what they told me DecentHolograms does not modify the text here whatsoever. It simply sends it to PlaceholderAPI to parse and then display whatever is returned

I really have 1 idea in mind try using a double placeholder with 1 being the one you currently have and the 2 being a division by 10
