#can't disable announce advancements

I've been trying for a while now to disable announce advancements, it's every world in my server, tried disabling it in multiverse, don't think it's storing it. Tried /gamerule announceAdvancements false, worldguard, i don't know where to find it, anyone have suggestions for plugins that could be doing this?

apparently MV-Core has /mvrule announceAdvancements false, try that instead of the vanilla /gamerule command
