Is there a chat prefix plugin that supports the same hex color format as DeluxeMenu? I can only find chat plugins that use the &#rrggbb format, while DeluxeMenu only accepts hex colors in the #rrggbb format.

I'm pretty sure DeluxeMenus also uses &#RRGGBB, not #RRGGBB
