I think the reason this might not work is because of YAML syntax errors. Try this:

    left_click_requirement:
      requirements:
        example_1:
          type: '>='
          input: '%coinsengine_balance_zootexnik_points%'
          output: 8
    click_commands:
      - '[message] 1'
