When I try to display a head in my DM menu, it doesn't work. The example head works, but when I change the name to mine, It's just a steve head.

One of the staff here suggested I download a dev build, so I downloaded the latest stable dev build and I'm still experiencing the same issue.

Server Version: 1.20.4

Player placeholder not working? If you are using a plugin which supports PlaceholderAPI, and the %player% placeholder doesn't work, then change it to %player_name% and download the player expansion.
Commands:

I was using the head format in the example menu. I changed the developer’s name to mine and it didn’t work.
