Is it possible to run two commands in the same line?

This is what I have now

But I want to deny a luck perms permission for the kit below so they cannot claim both

I want something like this but I'm not sure if it's even possible

Basically it picks a command based on percentage then runs 2 commands one to allow the next kit and one to deny the previous kit

I want to give a permission for a higher kit but I also want it to remove the permission for the kit level below
