Luckperms and Deluxe Menus sending Double Messages on reload & lp editor link not sending in game.

I'm not getting any errors in console, everything shows up normal It just shows like this in game. Anyone know what could cause this?

il never saw something like this. What minecraft server do you use ? spigot,paper, purupur etc. Maybe send the whole log https://mclo.gs

Well I just restarted the server for the 5th time and it seems to be fixed. No idea what was going on, that was weird!
