#Error with plugin Guilds

I bought the Guilds plugin last week and I get an error when creating a guild.
I also get the error when a player joins the server who is in a guild.
My server is running on 1.20.4. Is anyone else having these problems and is there a fix?
The message also appears when I try to open the GUI with an overview of all guilds.
