#ItemsAdder and gestures with shaderpack issue

hello there, ive got an issue that is not that easy to solve as i tought. Basicly, i want to add modelling gestures (emotes) to players on my server network. The thing is, that it works totaly fine but if a client uses a shaderpack, its buggy like the skin is full of the head texture. So, if you use an Resourcepack like FreshAnimations it is possible to add diffrent models via .jem made in blockbench. Also, its possible to add total custom mobs with for minecraft unknown models and so on, that works fine with shaderpacks also. But if you want to do that on a Player, its buggy but it should work fine? but it isnt. We using HMCCosmetics and ItemsAdder with generated Resourcepack, but in there arent the models like known by FreshAnimations. Does anyone have a solution for that? I send 2 pictures of how it shouldnt be shown, and after that without a shaderpack how it should be shown.
