this error occured after Restart of the server (i ve applied the latest Deluxe Menu update)

I'm not sure why this happen, but it seems related to Javascript requirements

Usually, people use JS to do simple >,<,>=,<=,== checks which is already possible with DeluxeMenus without using JS. Hoping it's your case as well, you could use another requirement type instead of javascript so it doesn't throw the error anymore (it won't fix the issue though but I have no idea why it exists XD)

depending on what you're doing with JS, I can change the requirement to use another requirement type as I mentionned here
