i have bought Voteparty but it seems some of my players are getting nothing in it is there a setting that needs to be enabled so that they don't need to vote to get the items?

Set in config.yml under
reward_commands:
eg
- chance: 50.0
command:
- give %player_name% DIAMOND 1

Maybe reward_commands try to enable

i added everything inside the guaranteed reward

also the command delay doesn't work because the rewards are given out all at the same time

also sometimes my players during the voteparty receive a message saying they dont meet the requirements
