#Help me create a menu? (please)

i want to create a menu that shows every player thats been on the server either offline or online and each player has their own slot and their head shows, when you click the player head it bans them but before it bans them they let you choose the reason for the ban and when you choose the reason it would for example issue this command /ban (player) (reason) if thats even possible.

for my 2nd question can we add an item in players inventory and when they right click it, it opens the menu above??

please help me create this if possible cuz i have no idea on how to make one.

You can use the playerlist expansion to generate such a list of players

for your second question, it's not possible just with deluxemenus, you would need another plugin to do so

the problem is i dont know how to use the expansion im so confused and i didnt find a tutorial :C

if its complicated then is it possible to make a menu that has an anvil GUI and when you write the players username it does the command then the name?

like u open the anvil GUI then you write the username and click a button then it issues the /ban (name) ??

because gui = custom textures = very cool design = more players :D
