Can't get rid of "%afk" suffix

So I have Placeholder API, Essentials, Essentials Chat, and TAB installed on my server, but above my head and on the tab list it shows this weird %afk% sign after my name. Is there a way to fix that?
My server version is 1.20.1

just remove it from your config if you don't want it

in v4.0.1 of TAB, they removed %afk%
In v4.0.2 they added it back

Thank you, but I removed all instances of it in the config, did /tab reload, and nothing changed

Is there a different tab plugin that works the same as TAB? Displays prefixes above your head, works with LuckPerms, etc.

only the vault placeholders were brought back I believe, afk is gone for good since it only supported Essentials and Purpur, both of which have placeholders

and in 4.0, layouts.yml and bossbars.yml were merged into config.yml (or maybe bossbars was in 3.0, I don't remember)
