I did find the expansion on spigot though. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/papi-mineresetlite.61994/.

Download the expansion and put it in the plugins/PlaceholderAPI/expansions/ folder

and then execute /papi reload

Yeah. I guess the expansion doesn't work. Maybe you're using a different MineResetLite plugin or something. It seems like both the plugin and the expansions are outdated so I can't really help you.
