#My PVP isn't working.

I triple checked all my settings -- server properties, spigot, paper, bukkit -- all my plug-in configurations -- world guard, Griefprevention, cmi, deluxe combat, FAWE, Multi-verse -- to ensure it was enabled. And it still doesn't work. Anyone know what the problem could be. Can give you a list of the plug-ins I use -- could be one I am not even thinking about checking. Running server version 1.20.1
