works fine on java

deluxemenus is a java plugin after all

not a bedrock plugin

So whatever software it's being run on, there's probably not many people who can, or even know how, to help with this

fathom quartz they are probably using geyser, and by "bedrock" they mean the players

understandable. doesn't really change much though

no idea if there is geyser support servers or not, but maybe ask there?

If you are having an issue with bedrock players not being able to open a menu, we have no clue why that could be

we do not do anything with/or related to bedrock

It would be an issue/question for geyser, if they can even help.
