how can i go by making a GUI where
when i click an item A in slot 1, a different **item Z **apprears in slot 25
so all items that i click will show a respective item in slot 25

perhaps you can get it to open a different gui with the respective changes, and it will look like the item dissappears from one place and appears somewhere else.
You can make a new gui and use a clickEvent listener to listen for the item A click.

yes if u make it permission based and use the view requirements with that giver permission for the item in slot 25
