I need help adding menus

so this is my first time working with Deluxemenus but im pretty sure i did it correctly

  kitsmain_menu:
    file: kitsmain_menu.yml
  freekits_menu:
    file: freekits_menu.yml
  donorkits_menu:
    file: donorkits_menu.yml```
But this wont add any menus in the menus folder even if i do /dm reload and restart server it just wont load them why? - 1.19.2

it only created 1 yml

so got menus working but now only the last 2 panes shows up
