Essentials baltop placeholders

anyone know why my essentials baltop placeholders look like this? I've tried reinstalling and updating essentials and placeholderapi https://imgur.com/a/XR4KkXj

you need %vault_eco_balance% to display money

you replace the numbers with the position you want to display

then use command /ajlb add %vault_eco_balance%

then /ajlb reload

then make a hologram with these
%ajlb_lb_(placeholder without %)_(position)_(time [alltime, weekly, monthly, etc])_name% This is the placeholder for the name of the player in that particular position.
%ajlb_lb_(placeholder without %)_(position)_(time [alltime, weekly, monthly, etc])_value% This is the placeholder for the stats of the player in that particular position.
