Could someone tell me why my server tps is really bad?
The plugins used are listed below. The server is a 14GB Premium plan server of Pebblehost. Considering the specs, the plugins shouldnt be creating this much lag. I recently added Spark to see why this lag is occuring and spark isnt doing much either.

my server tps is really miserable

it started 2 days ago and the plugins added in that period were:

Dynmap
Arceon
Some Skirpts with Scrip plugin
Spark.

Block particle isnt the problem because we've been using it for 1 month now

But you are on a Node. It's possible you have 2 CPU threads dedicated to your server. Causing a max of 200%

Could also be that another server on the Node is causing CPU lag by using a lot of its resources.

It reaches 1000% sometimes

yes forgot to add the worlds in Disabled_World of the plugin
