Deny using ALL menus (even open_commands) for players in creative mode

I somehow want to deny players from using WHOLE DM plugin when they are in gm 1, but any permissions i set to false dont give result, is there any permission to deny access to plugin and open_commands i've set for menus? I use luckperms.
