Hello ^^ could someone please tell me if there is any way to prevent these messages from appearing to me (im am OP in the server). Whenever someone buys or sells something using Deluxemenus.

I believe there is a gamerule for this. Try /gamerule sendCommandFeedback false

i believe it is because i am using this /minecraft:clear SoroKurotama paperCustomModelData:50 1
im trying to get support from EssentialsX team to get a way to use essentials clear instead of minecraft's clear

It doesn't have one and probably won't have 1 either. There's a couple reasons for that but main one is this:
Minecraft already has a clear command that basically supports every single option a clear command would need. There's also other good ones such as the one from Essentials and if you want, you can even use a placeholder (from the checkitem expansion).
Implementing our own clear action would not only creat confusion but also be a lot of unnecessary work. Confusion would come from the fact that there's already so many different clear commands, each using their own parser.
If you can't use the minecraft and essentials clear commands, you can try the CheckItem expansion.

unfortunatly i tried it again and even restarted the server, but the gamerule doesnt prevent the message
I am trying the example shops you sent but the placeholders dont seem to work is there any extra step i am skipping? like installing somehting?

You do have to install the expansion
/papi ecloud download checkitem then /papi reload

i cant send an image, but it is not working just this one (i can send image in dm) its the sell all nested math it is not working
