Placeholder %guilds_top_wlr_amount_#% does not work. Instead of issuing a value, just issues the Placeholder itself.
(the hologram shows an example of %guilds_top_wlr_amount_1%)

Spigot Account Linking
To get support for a premium plugin owned by Clip or Glare you will need to verify your spigot account using /spigot in the #bot-commands channel.
