I am trying to make a exchanger for Player Points to Protosemitic Coins. I am not sure on how to set it up and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

You could just set it up as a store but instead of executing the /give command to give items you execute the specific plugin give command to give points/coins and then instead of using the /clear command to remove items, you execute the specific plugin take command to take points/coins.
There's an example on the wiki on how to set up a points to item store, you just replace the item with coins.

I have not tested it and there are parts of the menu that are missing that you need to add such as: menu title, open command, etc.
But basically, this should allow you to sell 10 procosmetic coins for 100 player points and vice versa.
