Placeholderapi has error on startup.

Been having a error on startup and can't find the issue.
Not sure what caused it but a temp fix was to reload placeholderapi and for some reason it fixes.

I believe this was an issue with pufferfish itself or actually purpur which pufferfish is a fork of and was fixed in one of the 1.19.2 updates.
