update deluxemenus. according to the paste bin you're still on a 1.13.5 development build. since then we've released 1.13.5 and even have development builds for 1.13.6. You should use those for nbt tags to work on 1.19

I'm using the latest dev build as of today and on paper 1.19.2 and cmd is working for me. If the update doesn't fix it then you may have made a mistake somewhere, then share one of your cmd broken configs so we can have a look.
