For the killstats expansion to work you need the killstats plugin installed

I personally don't recommend it btw. The plugin has not been updated in like 5 years or more. Instead try looking either into the Statistic expansion, and if you don't see what you need, look into the CombatStatus plugin.

no. the Statistic expansion is a standalone expansion. It takes statistics directly from spigot/minecraft
