If you're looking for support with one of our premium plugins you'll need to first link your spigot account so we can confirm you've purchased the plugin!

🔗 HOW TO LINK YOUR SPIGOT:
1. - Under your contact details on Spigot set your Discord to your full Discord username, ie funnycube
https://www.spigotmc.org/account/contact-details
2. - Double check your privacy settings allow people to see your contact details or else Barry can't see it.
3. - Head to #bot-commands and type /spigot <spigot id> (See screenshot below)
4. - Barry will attempt to validate it automatically, if he can't it will be forwarded to staff to check.
5. - Once approved you will see the premium support channels to the plugins your bought!

❓ HELP! IT'S NOT WORKING:
Here's some troubleshooting steps to check:
• Check your spigot privacy settings so non-members can see your contact details.
• Check your discord username is spelt correctly.
• Your numeric id is found after your username in the url of your profile page.
