Hi,
I have problems with PAPI's pinger expansions, this is my setup:

latest PAPi on al subservers
I have 1 dedicated (machine) server
I have pterodactyl panel installed and all SUBSERVERS on Pterodactyl Panel (allocated on 127.0.0.1:<port>)
I have proxy out of pterodactyl panel and docker, it's in the /root/<someDirectory>/proxy
I have bind-address for proxy (bungeecord) 0.0.0.0
I have all my servers connected with docker's default IP: 172.18.0.1
* Biggest problem is that I am using pinger placeholder to colorize subservers on the tablist, so if PAPI's expansion pinger pings server, and it's on, it'll do &a for green, and if server is off it'll do &c for red (green for online, red for offline).
I have tried next set of IPs to try ping my servers (I tried including them within tablist, parsing them with /papi parse me <here>, and other plugins; redownloading Pinger expansion to the latest again, doing /papi reload, restarting server, trying different combinations of displaying on tablist (through animations.yml as I am using neznamy's TAB plugin), but however this plugin cannot be the case as I tried with PAPI's parse command and it also retreive other subservers as offline, even if they are on for hours and hours and pinger expansion settings is default (delay to ping if it's on or not))
-IPs I tried for %pinger_online_<server/IP/domain>:<port>% AND %pinger_isonline_<server/IP/domain>:<port>%:
localhost
127.0.0.1
<MACHINE_IP>
my.domain.net
0.0.0.0
172.18.0.1

The only thing I can do is:
-If I am on hub subserver, I can ping only hub subserver, no other bungeecord connected servers // although I can display on tablist server count for all other subservers.
-If I am on factions subserver, I can ping only factions subserver, no other bungeecord connected servers // although I can display on tablist server count for all other subservers.

It is not just DC, there are plugins that are not clip and throw many synchronization errors with PAPI
