I'm running v2.10.3 and I've been able to download the Expansions from ecloud for Player, Server and Statistic, I've reloaded, and even restarted, but for some reason the expansions aren't working (tested using /papi parse)
I see the jars in plugins/PlaceholderAPI/expansions folder, but only the Player expansions are loading.

Hmm, I'm testing this out locally maybe something is intercepting the download, when using the command in game, because the files are 0kb in length. When I download them directly from the website, then they work.
Guess it could be a firewall issue or something similar.

I feel like you don't quite get what I mean, basically, when they purchase the thing you should give them a random timed permission via click commands, then in your view requirements you should check for that timed permission and switch the item if they have it, meaning they won't be able to see the original item if they have that permission, meaning they'll have a 24h cooldown
