And given sponges tracking, blocking modded interactions is super easy, few mods fly under the radar (poorly coded ones)

you can pregenerate all the chunks you want (you specify the radius) using plugins like worldborder or chunkmaster

there isn't a way to download the world and "preview" non generated chunks

you can check if any of your chunks are corrupted or such using regionfixer (i think that's the program's name)

but your question doesn't really make sense. if you haven't generated the chunks yet, so they literally don't exist in your world file yet, why would you want to check if they are "working"?
