I have this issue on one of my servers though.

So, in server.properties, the world name is world, and in the Multiverse config, the world is set to world.

I've set the worldspawn to be in the same place as well as have a plugin handle it (for spawn on join every other join).

However, the first join becomes like

  • Teleport to the spawn
  • Teleport to the old world spawn (outside of the WorldBorder)

After that, all joins are okay.

The plugin I'm using to handle spawn on join is FirstJoinPlus.

Anyone have any idea?

I was gonna post this in #general-plugins, but I wasn't sure if it's properly a plugin issue, since removing FJP still triggers the issue

Let’s be honest guys, the #662124539429388288 channel is useless to get your server rated. People rate the server literally just off the description and no one actually joins the server to take a look at it. This is not to mention the fact that rarely any [Reviews] are posted in the channel. Everyone just votes 1 for no reason but to make themselves feel better, and you just end up getting bad votes for no reason. I think something seriously needs to be fixed there.

The only times I’ve managed to actually get it rated or get any real feedback, is when I specifically ask someone to do it, and they DM me their review.

I am happy with criticism, but when it’s unjustified and most of the time random, I have an issue.

I believe multicraft has some auto save feature enabled by default that runs /save-all every now and then, and if that's the case, yes it will cause lag. Simply disabling this feature would fix the issue though
