I dont see why spoofing is a bad thing, as long as you do it right, spawn in npcs that move, get them to log chat, get them to respond to players, have them perform commands, some really wild ai shit, if it works, it works.
Plus, a younger person would problably join a server with 500 players over one with 30.

Got an issue with nether portals and overworld portals, where people are getting teleported to the same netherportal and whenever going back into the Nether portal they get teleported back to another base that originally created the nether portal.

I don't know how to add placeholders into any config file for Place-Holder-API. I've been trying to find an answer on Google but, I'm not finding anything.
So you want to use the PAPI placeholders in other plugins?
First make sure the plugin supports PAPI (it should say on front page), if it’s right be sure that you download the right expansions
