Someone knows a decent Shader that does those things?

  • Makes pretty looking water (Clear, nice waves and such. I think you know what I mean)
  • Give blocks a sort of 3D effect as in light and reflection (Make glass mirror some stuff, and have textures that let light have depth... for a lack of better words)

Hm, so the way I made my server's custom plugin is get a user's ranks from ultrapermissions, based on that give them a Rank (enum), and that decides if someone has access to a command

So if(IUser.hasRank(Rank rank)) would return a boolean, if its false, return with a permission message
