Because they first of all limited the max amount of blocks and items you could have

This is accomplished with most commercial game servers via tunneling.

Basically all your servers communicate with one back-end, and you rely on the user connecting to their closest node. The node, being the tunneling server, has the best, and most reliable connection to your back-end over any-one-users ISP.

This is where you get "US West, Central, East" or even "EU" while maintaining the same databases etc.

Or, you can could listen on connections, determine their region as best you can, and forward this to another closer server, which is listening for these specific incoming requests and parses them. Still basically tunneling with a lot more manual manipulation.

@blissful moon maybe make them spawn in a little 1x2 structure with a pressure plate that will teleport them to spawn, and execute all the Titles and messages needed. Some Vanilla servers do this, if you are looking for a way to do it with CMDBlocks that could work.

Maybe you could make them spawn in there, where with some command they spawn in a random place. There must be a command to teleport people at a random location, however I am not an expert in CmdBlocks, you might want to ask a person who does know, as some people does magic with them.

Or I'm not sure if this works with a Multiplayer world, but you could set a cmd block as always active, so when a player joins the command executes.
