I'm running it through a custom boss plugin, setting the table as a skill and if you or the boss dies, you get a reward and you get teleported out

So using MyCMD u'd check if the player has enough money and check if the variable is not set, if both are true you'd take the money and tp them. Then once they die, u'd use the death cmds plugin to delete said variable.

This isn't efficient, effective, or optimal in any way but if you can't code custom plugins/pay for someone to do it; then I guess this is an option.

1.9 pvp feels super clunky, the skill part is very debatable, 1.8 was a better system imo, 1.9 is not too bad just feels odd, maybe if you couldn't attack while it is on cooldown it'd feel better, like for example on other games like MOBA or MMO you can't use spells while they are on cooldown so why on mc you can attack while on cooldown.
It was so controversial that Mojang already stated that they'll change the combat again soon.
