It was a little more sattire-based. I've never heard of a plugin that does something like that, there are a few ways you can figure this out. There are plugins which log commands, etc to a file. You could download and open these files with a program like notepad++ or brackets, and ctrl + f "{command}"

I recommend you get @sterile wharf in #339676414137860097 to give you a review. They're usually very detailed and help alot @surreal sparrow.

I also recommend you build up a staff team. Staff on your server can be a brilliant thing, as it lightens the weight put on you for managing the server.

You could also create some form of tutorial for new joining players, that they could access with ease and understand more about your server and its mechanics.

As for a method of employing your staff, you should provide a decent amount of questions for the applicants to gather enough information to understand their qualities and potential as a staff member.

After the application, don't introduce them straight into the role. Give them a "trial-run". You could give them temporary permissions and something to test them, also with the right plugins you could have backups of your server every day, meaning if they somehow betrayed you it would have no effect and you could easily "fire" them.

I highly recommend the plugin CoreProtect. It allows block logging and block/chunk rollback.
