I just found out making a plugin is fairly easy.... Well for the most part. If you want to make like a really complicated one that runs like a million things at once then yes it is hard but for something simple it's pretty easy. And more effiecent then a skript. Though in some cases skript is easier.
Something like the ones funnycube or clip are making would be on the expert or very difficult side. It would take my like ever to make something they make.
