first is an exploid, very bad one, but was patched. If you have updated your server in the last year you should be good

I’ve not used public mine reset plugins for a hot minute but even when I use to their performance wasn’t too bad providing you don’t do anything crazy like a 1000x1000 mine

Most offer tools such as fill mode to only fill in mined blocks if you’re really worried about performance

Just a thought from the peanut gallery. I see this contention between Devs and "The Rest of us" often. Not sure where it comes from. I'll accept if I'm wrong, but until then here is my 2 cents 🪙 .

My froggy_a.yml is at 10,630 lines.(303kb). Whats the max, or whats the "suggested" limit for a yml in Deluxe Menus. I did mess up bad enough twice during the creation of it to crash my server twice, but in it's current form it plays as well as can be expected. I am working on limiting to one player at a time with a 3 minute timer and 5 min cool down between plays.

I have 9 inv spots being used 10 times for the seconds 0-9(placeholder) with view requirement success commands running [refresh]. This allows for the entire screen to update the items. However; during the [refresh] the remote can't click and the player has to time the clicks between the refreshes.

Any suggestions on how to help the clicking for the frog movement in between the [refresh] intervals.

At the minimum.. I have 54 frogs. When you click the remote it changes a 9x by 6y grid integer for x and y. I looked into using a placeholder with the:
slot: 9
Location, but did not find where this was a possibility. So I've assumed(in regards to a game with Deluxe Menus) that in order to update a player or the sprites on the screen I needed to rely on "Priority" instead. Which is why there is so much redundancy in the code.

in your launcher go to installations/profiles (forgot what they called) and each profile should have a tickbox which opens up java params, which includes ram allocation

bump that to like 4gb for unmodded and whatever the modpacks recommendations are for modded

allocating too much can actually make your performance worse so dont go overboard with it

I only know of a way using NMS and using falling blocks I believe. To my knowledge there isn’t a public plugin that does this

Newer versions has Player.sendBlockChange(). In older versions you have to collect all the nms block data and send a block change packet.

oraxen is a bit easier to configure but it lacks of features

if you're using a proxy, you can get plugins to make it so that it only sends the resource pack once when they first join and not when they swap servers
