@proper jungle the outline of your artwork in #showcase needs some more work
-You're using doubles, which should only be needed for certain cases
-There are a few orphan pixels (single pixels drew for no specific reason that make no sense)
-The shading is incoherent, I suggest you check Saint11's tutorials on pixel art
-Colours could be chosen better, there is no hue shifting and the saturation is poorly handled
-You could do selective outline, it basically means that you use a lighter colour for the outline when the shading is bright, and same for the opposite

you could use doubles to portray a deeper/thicker area, but you would usually use a 1 pixel thick outline
