1) if you left the server or were kicked/banned
or
2) if the server itself was deleted, either by the owner or because it was in violation of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

To help me to isolate this issue further, would you happen to have the server ID or an invite link to the server by any chance?

Note that Discord staff does not interfere with individual server management (unless there is a violation to our ToS or Community Guidelines) and if the server owner has chosen to kick/ban a user, you would need to request the access back into the server. Otherwise, you can also create a new server or channel and invite anyone from the current server to join you.
