I've gotten tons of good reactions on MC-Market when I made that thread design, and posted it.

What's wrong with discord setups? Tons of people on MC-Market actually charge for discord setups, which is completely unreasonable, so I decided to go free, and make a thread design. First thread design I've seen that actually does completely free discord setups.

but in general no, you would probabbly see issues. If you manage to optimize everything to the bone then you may be able to get around 300, but the changes will be visible for players

Minecraft is single threaded, so a ton of cores isn't really beneficial, focus on high single core clock speed with high turbo. Yeah, 3.6ghz and 5.0ghz turbo is decent, but going for higher clock is ideal. Even if it means fewer cores.
Perhaps stating the obvious here, but myeah. it's ok

And personally, we prefer intel processors for our servers after having given AMD a go, due to what I mentioned above. Ryzen typically appears to focus on more cores and intel has higher clock per core.

But I'm a bit biased, as that machine had a bunch of other issues with it and we had to eventually switch from that. But in my gaming rig I run a Ryzen and it's what I prefer there
