And in fact, it's just an xp bot, with levels and roles as rewards, a daily reward and a multiplier. yes, I have had to give a prediction based on mocks, homework, assessments and my judgement on progress that could/should have been achieved for all my pupils
then as the Director of Maths, I have had to do that for the whole year group - moderating the class teacher's prediction
then as an Assistant Head, had to compare this year with last year, distribution of grades etc etc across each subject across the school (as I am responsible for Data)
