Im currently running a Minecraft Network with around 25 Servers (12 of them are small bedwars server, 8 of them are other smaller minigames and 5 of them is Lobby, Citybuild, Survival, Skyblock and "PlayerWorlds")
Currently those Minecraft Servers (bungeecord, database, teamspeak, webspace are running on another dedicated server) are running on an i7 7700k with 64GB of Ram.
The CPU only shows around 25-30% usage but i think the cores itself are getting stressed out too much ( i7 7700k = 4 Cores / 8 Threads )
I want to upgrade my CPU.. but which CPU is better? i9 9900k or AMD Ryzen 3800X/3900X ?

Had some annoying hickups with AMD in the past(Mostly VM related and core utilization issues).
