Well for a beginner or starter you should start at low weights with high reps (not too high, max 15)

with 3-4 sets.

Once you go for heavier weights go for lower reps but same amount of sets.

Known as Slime.

Meaning the world is loaded at once.

Then every time the server needs to load a chunk it just grabs it from memory instead of having to read it from the file system then converting it to something usable.

This'll mean that chunks are loaded seamlessly without anyone noticing.

Slime means that you can load worlds from example MySQL or MongoDB etc

over using it in a traditional file system.

@frank pasture the biggest factor is speed and less disk usage along with the stuff above. Usually it utilizes something known as zlib to compress their worlds (a very old library). There are a lot newer compressors to use now and there's a lot of unnecessary data in worlds that you need to wait for (for a world to load).
