Contacted ovh, they did nothing, they said everything worked fine yet we continued to experience the issues as well as our customers continued to complain.
We ended up just buying our own hardware and colocating it in Virginia, better specs, and this one didn't have the issues to no tomorrow

well ideally your config variable should be a singleton, so in your main class
that also means you can remove the plugin variable from Config
now I should probably explain how this system works before we go any further

it scans the data and gets path names, then compares them to the field names in the config class
it uses the levenshtein distance algorithm to find matches based on similarity, then populates the fields after doing any necessary casts
meaning the keys in the config and the class can be different, but the mapper will know what goes where regardless
