Not really, there is a way around this. You can make a bot that if people send a pm to that account, your bot will send create a ticket in your server without showing the users information. No one will know who sent the message and you won't know either. (They do need to provide a purchase ID). This way you can easily manage tickets in one place.

The discord server needs to be private . (only for you and maybe staff)
