Spoof is a plugin I built that adds fake (but realistic) players to your server, the server sees them as a real player, so all plugins including PAPI work with it. These 'bots' are able to take damage, respawn and even chat if you so desire.
These add to your total player count, hence making your server look more attractive. A server with 10 looks more appealing than 8, in the eyes of business that makes a huge difference.
oh and these bots can pickup items
